Stepping Into The Wild Unknown
Dear friends,
There are times in life when the path forward is uncertain, unclear, and ultimately unknown. It’s scary when our predictable patterns get interrupted, like what’s happened over the last two years of covid hysteria. In times like this, it is easy to become paralyzed by fear. What is a person to do?
How do we know if we’re on the right path? How do we know for sure that any given path is the best path forward? The short answer is that we must trust. We must move with faith, following an intuitive trusting heart, as I like to say. There is a guiding force that moves within us, through us, that surrounds us, compels us, inspires us, that protects us, prods us, and presents a path less taken.
The proverbial fork in the road often arrives when we least expect it. There are defining moments in life when unforeseen events bring us face to face with an unexpected choice. We must choose wisely, we must navigation these decisions with conviction and honor the whispers of our heart.
These are the times when the spirit within us rises up, our hearts glow, and we go boldly into in the wild unknown. These are the times we take uncomfortable action, when the mind squirms with discomfort, when insecurities seek to sabotage, when courage may falter and our life may collapse into the comfort of what’s familiar, what’s safe, and what feels certain or sure.
These are the moments that we must dig deep, that we must determine for ourselves what kind of life we want to live, and muster the inner strength to bravely step onto the road less traveled. Only by doing so, can we release ourselves from the shackles of fear and mediocrity.
There is no denying the discomfort, there is an embracing of it. By intentionally stepping out of our comfort zone, we expand the possibilities of our life and build the positive momentum that is needed to overcome the subconscious inertia that pulls us toward complacency.
Right now our country is at a tipping point. Will the American Spirit be lulled into compliance? Will We the People simply accept the destruction of our way of life? Will we choose momentary comfort over uncomfortable action? Or will we choose to be brave and secure the blessings of liberty for our children and grandchildren? Will forfeit our freedom forever, or will we choose to live free or die?
These are the questions that have been burning in my heart.
The majority of people I talk to can sense that something is wrong, our country is off course. Many are motivated to take action, doing what they can to get involved at the local level, protesting the tyranny that has trickled down through the many layers of political power and corruption.
But still, we need more: We need more Americans to realize the cost of doing nothing. We need more freedom loving individuals, more families, more patriots to stand up and step forward — to hold the line of liberty, and stop the onslaught of authoritarian rule.
There must be accountability for the political corruption that has plagued our nation.
The question is: How? There must be a concerted effort to unite the country on the common ground of our Constitution. We are not looking to create new rules, regulations, or government. Instead, we must seek to return to the principles of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. We must reclaim our freedom by reminding our elected official they are bound by an oath to uphold the Constitution.
In America, we are not slaves to the state. We must reject taxation without representation — when the government takes our money and tells us what to do — and remind our public officials that they work for us. Elections are coming, and now more than ever, the voice of the American Spirit must be heard:
“Give me liberty or give me death!”
Friends, it is in this spirit that we must move forward, being bold, being brave, being courageous; standing up, speaking out, flexing our freedom through peaceful noncompliance, doing whatever we must do to ensure our voices are heard.
That is why I am supporting the People’s Convoy. This growing group of patriots are are heading toward the capital to deliver this message:
WE ARE THE PEOPLE OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA AND WE STAND TOGETHER UNDER THE BANNER OF FREEDOM – FREEDOM IS THE ONE THING THAT UNITES US ALL. LIBERTY FLOWS THROUGH ALL OF OUR VEINS.
Does that ring true to you? It rings true to me, and it stirs the spirit within me.
Friends, I will be traveling this week to join the People’s Convoy, to record this historic movement from the front lines. The daily podcast will be recorded on the road, and I will relay my experience as time allows. The road ahead is full of unknowns, so I don’t want to make too many promises — but I will be sharing exclusive content and footage for Patriot Club members on Substack.
If you want to travel vicariously with me, please consider becoming a paid subscriber. My mission is to get eyes on the situation, connect with fellow patriots, lend my voice to the choir, and help fan the flame of freedom that is flickering in heart of humanity, lighting the torch of liberty all across the land.
